The Holbrook Heights Community Association is comprised of 931 homes in north Concord.  We are a non-profit organization existing to provide our homeowners with a community pool and children’s playground as well as helping our neighbors wherever we can.   All board members are volunteers who donate their time to serve the neighborhood.  Our management company is Jean Bates and Associates in Danville.

Our community website was developed as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and out local community. Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions!

What's NEWS in the NEIGHBORHOOD??

1. Interested in serving your community? The HHCA Board is looking for a member at large. Any person interested in serving in this important role should contact us.
2. Dicussions have begun regarding the replacement of the buildings by the pool. Volunteers will be needed for construction, grant writing, etc. If you are interested in being on the building committee please contact us. Help us beautify Holbrook and make it accessible to us all! Please also take a brief remodeling survey!!
