Our board meetings are on the 4th Wednesday of every month unless otherwise noted. We do not have meetings in the months of November or December unless otherwise noted. In compliance with SB 528, all notifications of schedule changes and our meeting agendas will be posted on our website in .pdf format.
Homeowners are welcome to attend the meetings provided they call ahead to ensure we have available seating. Call (925) 671-2205. Homeowners who wish to address the board at these meetings must print out and fill out a "Request To Speak To The Board" form and fax it to (925) 671-2205 or email it in .pdf format before the meeting.
