Summer 2008 Pool Fees:
Season pool use fee
If you are a homeowner in Holbrook Heights,
pool use fees for your family are included in
your annual dues. A family is defined below.
Outside Memberships
Families who are not Holbrook homeowners can use
the pool on a seasonal basis for a fee of $275,
or a daily fee of $3.50 for each family member who swims, and $2 for non-swimmers.
Pool Passes for local friends
are available as stated above under "outside memberships"
Military Discount (2 current IDs required)
Military Families who are not Holbrook homeowners can use
the pool on a seasonal basis for a fee of $205,
or a daily discounted fee of $2.50 for each family member.
Owners, let your renters swim!
If you own a home in Holbrook Heights but live elsewhere, you can
transfer your pool privileges to your renters. Tell your renters
your lot number, and to take a utility bill to the pool to prove their
residence. They can enjoy the pool all summer and you'll be a hero!
What is a family?
Holbrook Heights recognizes that families can be defined in
many ways. For the purpose of using the community pool a family
is defined as "a maximum of seven people; adults, children and
grandchildren"; registered on the medical/resident information cards
you fill out when you first use the pool for the season. Additional
guests are always welcome at the $3.50 per person day use rate.
Pool Parties
To reserve use of the benches and BBQs inside the pool area
(under the big tree), the fee is $45.00 plus a refundable $15.00
cleanup fee. If the area is not cleaned, the fee will not be refunded.
This includes reservation of the benches and BBQs, access for 10
and the ability to set up decorations. Note that no alchol is allowed and
if it is discovered, your party will be asked to leave and will not
be issued a refund.
If you wish to have a party for more than 10, each additional person is $3.50.
