About us

Holbrook Heights Community Assocation is a not-for-profit homeowners assocation in Concord, California. The Association is responsible for maintaining the community owned pool and park grounds in the Holbrook Heights neighborhood. Board members can also assist in helping residents find the proper avenues for solving neighborhood issues.

Association rules for the neighborhood mirror city ordinances. Board members do not have police authorities. If you have an emergency, please contact the appropriate authorities (Police, Fire or Neighborhood Preservation).

We are not a 501 (c)(3).

We produce a newsletter that reaches 950 homes in our neighborhood along with this website that reaches far beyond our local community.

BOARD MEETINGS AND AGENDAS

Meetings are held the monthly on the fourth Thursday of the month at 7:00pm at the trailer by the pool. Residents are always welcome. Be sure to check the home page for any changes in meeting dates or times. November and December meetings are generally not held unless an issue arises where we need to meet.
